I specialize in diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB), allyship, and innovative social networking, driving meaningful progress in these areas.My role at Pachamama Alliance, a global entity committed to empowering indigenous communities and their allies in safeguarding the Amazon rainforest and advancing a vision of a just, sustainable world, is at the heart of my work. Here, I lead the development and implementing of a pioneering climate justice program and spearheading the Anti-Oppression Committee, meticulously weaving together critical social justice tenets like anti-racism, intersectionality, and decolonization.Additionally, I am an active member of the Move to Amend Coalition board of directors. This grassroots initiative is dedicated to a profound constitutional change – ending corporate dominion and the undue influence of money in U.S. politics. In every facet of my work, I am driven by a profound commitment to amplify the voices and visions of those marginalized and oppressed, leveraging my skills and knowledge to champion and support communities and movements striving for equity and justice.
