I’m an Integral Coach and a Certified Financial Planner professional – perhaps a seemingly odd combination but here’s the story: I am the founder and lead coach of Success Coaching, an Executive Life Coaching business working with private and business clients, most commonly entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, leaders, leadership teams and specialist professionals. I am also a co-founder of FI Consult, a strategic partner to financial services business that want to grow and scale. We provide a number of services around strategy, operations and human engagement. I have a background in financial planning and international wealth management. While working for a boutique asset management business, we built a consultancy team made up of management consultants, practice managers and financial planning coaches, and through this process I qualified as a coach through the Neuroleadership Institute and UCT’s Graduate School of Business Centre for Coaching.
