Charlotte Attorney Jason James has a focused law practice offering extensive experience in Construction litigation, Commercial and Business Tort litigation, alongside commercial landlord and tenant litigation. Jason is also a Superior Court Certified Mediator with over 3000 mediations conducted since 2008.
