I am proud to be the CEO of Leslie's Inc. Leslie's is a leader in pool supplies, pool care and providing convenience for both residential and professional customers across the United States. With over 5000 team members, greater than $1.3 Billion in sales and nearly 1000 locations, Leslie's enables joy for people and their pools. Prior to Leslie's, I was the EVP - Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Inventory at Advance Auto Parts, I had global P&L responsibility for the ~$11B business, managing more than 200 global suppliers and products, and a team of 500 professionals across US, India, and Taiwan. This followed a successful role as President and General Manager leading the $2.5B PepsiCo Foods Canada business as the fastest growing CPG in the country. My core competencies include developing and executing consumer-centric strategies, driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, leading digital transformation, and building high-performing teams. I have a proven track record of delivering growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in challenging and competitive markets. Some of my notable achievements include launching Advance Same Day™ delivery service in response to COVID-19, acquiring and relaunching the iconic DieHard brand, and leading PepsiCo Foods Canada as the fastest growing CPG in the country.
