Developing photo sharing software with a great team of agile developers. Our software runs on Mac, PC, and now iPhone and other IOS devices.

• Responsible for all architectural decisions involved with the accounts payable collections system and the deployment of that system onto unix servers• Oversaw the tasking, development, testing, kitting, documentation of 10 developers, and the project timeline• Led three migrations which successfully converted six million accounts from Cingular’s billing system• This position required working closely with the business customer to validate that all requirements tightly matched the final design• Instructed support teams on application troubleshooting and resolution• Trained any new development staff on system layout and design• Led production deployments and system conversions• Designed, developed, and tested multiple java sub-system interfaces to and from a CACS collection system• Responsible for maintaining over 27 million company accounts and their collections related data• Implemented monitoring scripts that maintained the availability of the system, along with graphs on performance of the system. • Provided 24 hours support of online software servicing to 2,000+ call center representatives seven (7) days a week
