Jason led Lilly’s business and capacity management operations for Product Research and Development (PR&D). The operations team was responsible for developing a single book-of-business, 8Q rolling forecasts, and key constraint analyses. Major Accomplishments:o Business Management and Capacity Management processes for a ~1240 people and ~$700M. o Led and managed the time reporting system for PR&D.

Jason led Lilly’s Project Management Office and drug development teams. While leading the Project Management Office, Jason led and deployed two transformative initiatives. The first integrated multiple tools and processes into an automated ‘single source of truth’. The second initiative was leading the deployment of Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology across Lilly Research Laboratories (LRL), literally changing the tools, processes, and behaviors of thousands of employees. Major Accomplishments: o Led #1 asset in delivering three Ph 2 studies on time, on budget (>$20M), and within specs.o Developed/ executed integrated business unit, departmental, and project/ program strategies. o Implemented Critical Chain Project Management. On-time deliverables (milestones) have increased from 40% to >90%. Routinely drove process cycle time improvements of 20 to >60%.o Evaluated multiple external assets/organizations for strategic/ tactical fit. Led approval and implementation of global strategic partnerships.
