The code was able to use CFD results as input to the noise models, which improved modelling accuracy.Responsible for noise predictions for the EU FP7 SWIP Project, a multinational collaboration aimed at reducing barriers for wind turbine penetration in Europe. Wrote a tool to predict broadband noise for contra-rotating open rotors. Validated the predictions against existing test data, and predicted directivity. Presented this work at an AIAA conference.
