CurrentLead team of highly motivated Client Partners who engage with key IT stakeholders to establish consultative relationships.Engage with executive and C-level clients to build proven rapport, leading to continually evolving and mutually beneficial relationships.Drive enthusiastic engagement and delivery of work product, cultivating strong client relationships.Manage a portfolio of strategic clients and programs.Remain current on industry trends and best practices to provide holistically appropriate and innovative solutions.Effectively manage all commercial aspects of the client relationship including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue, growth, net revenue, and margin targets.Direct team activities to ensure full collaboration and partnership and leveraging the company’s full complement of resources to support the business.Proactive oversight of programs to communicate changes, and troubleshoot problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept.Work closely with the sales team to develop proposal/presentation content and strategy.
