I was responsible for the growth of the business by significantly increasing sales and net fees from both the Contract and Permanent divisions within the London and Birmingham offices.Key successes during my first year with the business included the development of an innovative "Pay as you go" RPO solution that generated £0.5 Million in net fees, the opening of a new Reading Office and the devlopment of an attraction strategy that led to Resourcing Group successfully securing some of the best talent within the industry. The execution of these strategies enabled Resourcing Group to grow net profits by 20% year on year with the business also shortlisted for The Rising Star Of The Year at the Global Recruiter Awards.

I had responsibility for the Maintenance Division within the Southern Region and supplying Private Sector contractors responsible for both public and private sector contracts. I was also in charge of recruiting and training new consultants in addition to creating and managing consultant KPI’s in line with divisional expectation. I developed divisional consultant best practice and key regional and national account management strategies whilst growing sales head count from 9 to 22 in 18 months. I achieved 43% year on year fee growth year 1 and 25% year on year fee growth in year 2.Additionally I developed over 5 new regional accounts from 0 temps working to over 50 temps working, each through personal strategic sales; and I received The Supplier Of The Year award at a key national clients company conference.
