These lines include plastic pellet Material Handling, In-Plant Process Cooling, Size Reduction (granulation) and Automation. Managed both internal and external sales staff for all ACS marketing channels; Cumberland, AEC, Sterling and Colortronic North America and Econogrind.Corporate sales reporting and forcasting for all divisions as well as monthly statistics reporting statistics to the Society of Plastics Industry. Managed the Material Testing Department, responsible for 48 hour turnaround of all incoming customer materials. Liason between Inside Sales, Engineering, Plant Operations, Traffic and the outside sales force.Conducted new product presentations for all divisions, new agents, agencies and company personnel. Responsible for new marketing initiatives and product inventory turnover.

Managed the Midwest 12 State Territory consisting of four rep agencies and 12 outside salesmen.Grew the territory by $2.38 million dollars during tenure as RSM for AEC's Midwest region. Responsible for regular reporting on territory sales volume, sales strategy, initiatives and results.

Proven top performer in sound size reduction product solutions. Covered the West Coast for both AEC and Sterling size reduction. Outside sales position with 40-60 percent travel expectations.Quoted all incoming customer and agent request for size reduction products. Exceeded sales budget for AEC Size Reduction Products.

Expanded a sucessful service center in Kansas City into a more sales driven aftermarket granulator sales and service center.Worked with the Service Manager to double regrind business in 18 months by utilizing a focused sales initiative to increase sales in more lucerative consumables. Provided regularly scheduled, customer paid, preventative maintenance and warranty feild service on Cumberland, AEC and Ball & Jewell Granulators.Conducted Start-Up Training for new machine purchases for customer and maintenance personnel.
