Responsible for cutting edge project solutions, coordination, communication, and risk management. Support and manage our HR Systems team and technology suite (LMS-Saba/Cornerstone, HRM-Workday, Salesforce, and additional HR systems. Functional system administration, operational support, and technical expertise. • LMS Saba/Cornerstone- Manage and own the LMS system for all employees, contingent, SOW, Financial Advisors, and Non-Licensed Admin.• Manage and support all configurations, enhancements, and serve as Tier2 support for technical issues with learners, vendors, and service teams.• Provide learning management system training and support to all levels.• Manage the configuration and integrations with vendors, releases, and enhancements.• Develop, implement, and maintain data governance and standards of process, including certifications.• Coordinate mass course enrollments, QA, develop and maintain course/curriculum• Create Produce custom reports, adhoc, automation, and utilizing SFTP• Maintain relationships and contracts with 3rd part vendors.• Support business partners, enhancements, home page widgets, customization/design, and end-user communications.• Production Support for Workday and other HR Systems• Project Management for system support and enhancements• Utilize Agile methodology for projects, backlog, and system enhancements.• Contract management, review, analysis, utilize RPM

Manage monthly BDSS Institutional revenue of 12-15 million. Daily management and oversight of commission posting, reconciliations, balancing and monthly commission payout to financial consultants.

Manage daily operations in Accounting for Section 20 cash and position. Dutiesinclude oversight of daily reconciliations, balancing of multibillion-dollar accounts and staff supervision.
