I have established the dealer network in the Midwest US. I am responsible for Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. I was Regional Sales Manager of the year in 2012, 2013, and 2014. I currently am on top of the leader board for 2020 for Sales and New Dealers. CFMOTO is a global Powersports manufacturer based out of Hangzhou, China. It had been a challenge to get the US market to "buy in" to a Chinese product. I have exceeded goals by building relationships. As a start up company in the US, CFMOTO has given me the ability to wear many hats and learn different aspects a Powersports Manufacturer must confront. We have experienced huge retail growth every year beginning in 2015. Average retail increase is 30% a year including 2019 data.

Symtech manufacturers automotive service equipment. I am responsible for all sales West of the Mississippi River. I currently have 7 representatives that I work with to increase sales in the West. Since starting at Symtech I have increased our exposure and have earned business with many well known companies. BP/Castrol, Sears, Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Oil Can Henry's, Mobil 1, and many other smaller companies are now buying our products. These new customers nearly doubled the size of our company in one year. I am familiar with the distribution network in the automotive industry and am able to distinguish between marketing and purchasing groups and have relationships with all.

I established the first Vectrix dealer network and was part of the team that had the largest dealer network of any electric motorcycle company in the US through 2011. Maintaining dealer relationships was crucial for an electric brand as well as giving them ideas and tools to grow the business in their markets. I have worked to grow fleet sales and have done many demonstrations with public officials and major police departments including the Chicago PD. As a new company we had many programs to implement and issues to overcome that had not been previously established and I contributed to those processes.

I was the district manager for Sea Doo Personal Watercraft, Sport Boats, and Can -Am ATV and Spyder brands to Powersports dealers in Kansas and Missouri. Responsible for the development and implementation of district action plans, management of the district budget, the appointment of dealers according to predetermined profitability drivers and conducting activities with the goal of increasing dealer and BRP profitability. I also developed sales campaigns, led sales seminars, gave suggestions for in-house retail improvement, and implemented best practice.

Sales management position wholesaling Yamaha Waverunners and Yamaha Sport Boats. While at Yamaha, I grew my dealer network by new dealer setups and new dealer prospecting. I was able to work with poorly performing dealers to get them back in the business and succeed. I have been able to hit nearly every target every year. I have worked with very large accounts and very small accounts across six states and handling 100 dealers.
