I’m an experienced leader, partner, and senior executive who has benefitted from incredible opportunities, great mentors, and wonderful companies. My career has spanned key roles running businesses, operations and/or technology for financial services and medical device businesses. While the operating structure of these businesses ranged from regional closely held operations to a boutique within a top US bank, they all placed a premium on their respective cultures that valued their people, their customers, and their ability to serve and innovate. This unique blend of roles, industries, and operating structures has afforded me a perspective that understands how important deft leadership is when aligning -and sometimes renewing- culture, people, processes, operations, and technology to ensure success. I appreciate the stability of a well-run operation and crave the opportunity to solve sticky problems and add value by affecting deep change across an organization.I live outside Minneapolis with my wife, three children, and our goldendoodle. I’m active in the community supporting organizations dear to our family and won’t pass up an opportunity to golf.
