This included identifying and nurturing new partnerships and ways to strategically add value to clients’ businesses from start to finish – assisting them to expand their digital strategies and capabilities and maximise their digital assets through efficient access to their data.

With the state-based leadership teams reporting directly to me, in this role I successfully managed NSW, ACT and Tasmanian operations. Highlights were leading the integration of TIMG’s major new acquisition, delivering a significant restructure and ensuring shared understanding of best practice in leadership, systems and processes while exceeding the high expectations of the existing legal client base.In a challenging environment, I led the retention of key clients post acquisition and secured a major new client which spearheaded our penetration into the professional services sector in Australia and opened up this sector into New Zealand. Towards the end of my tenure as Regional Manager, I successfully negotiated a new lease term, developed and project managed the fit out and ultimately relocated the city business under challenging circumstances amidst the onset of the COVID pandemic.

I was promoted from the role of Assistant State Manager after enjoying the benefit of being mentored by TIMG’s most senior executives nationally. I delivered strong growth to NSW operations as we expanded into new markets. Key highlights included successfully developing the Document Storage business from start-up to a multi-million annual turnover. This led to the development of a purpose built facility and the relocation and individual tracking of over 1 million items from four locations into one location – delivered on time, under budget while maintaining BaU and consistently delivering on client SLA’s

During this period I led the Acquisitions of the ACT and Western Australia businesses ensuring we were able to meet strict service SLA’s with our customers. For the ACT this included embedding new technology and operating systems and ensuring employees understood their new operating frameworks. I trained employees and developed the leadership teams. For the Western Australian business, I also led the re-auditing process for a seamless transfer of data, ensuring we were able to meet client’s expectations with confidence.

Head hunted from my previous role, as Operations Supervisor I led service teams to achieve client SLA’s and exceed client expectations in general account management. This role offered me the ability to develop my leadership style and create best practice processes which are still relevant today. As the company grew, I grew with it and have taken every advantage of the learning and mentoring offered by the leadership team at TIMG.

Coming from a hospitality background, I commenced my career in information management as a driver delivering media tapes right across NSW and worked my way up. As Librarian my role involved media management, scheduling of client’s data, labelling of media and vault maintenance.

As Concierge I managed the needs of our hotel guests. I assisted in making their holidays great by helping to plan and organise activities during their stay in Tasmania.
