In my role as the Chief of Staff, I report directly to the CEO. My role is to lead special initiatives on behalf of the Executive Team. I advise cross-functional teams on strategy and operations.My responsibilities include: • Managing and executing special projects spanning all departments and business lines • Identifying, designing and implementing strategic initiatives • Briefing the CEO on key issues, challenges and decisions• Maintaining a continual 360-degree view of the entire organization to anticipate organizational concerns before they arise• Preparing executive-level presentations for Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team

As the Director of Business Development, I oversaw a team of project managers to discover, establish, and cultivate new business opportunities as they relate to overall strategy, brand alignment, retail on-boarding, co-marketing and incremental revenue opportunities. I launched and subsequently expanded MakerBot's exclusive retail partnership with Staples.

My role as the Manager of Business Development was to discover, establish, cultivate and manage new business opportunities as they relate to overall strategy, brand alignment, retail on-boarding, co-marketing and incremental revenue opportunities. Most notably, I was responsible for launching, and subsequently expanding MakerBot's exclusive retail partnership with The Home Depot. At the time, this partnership was MakerBot's largest retail partnership.

In my role as the Project Manager, Global Strategy I reported directly to the CEO. My responsibility was to construct MakerBot's international strategy as it relates to launching both our direct and indirect businesses in both EMEA and Asia Pacific. This role allowed me to travel extensively to Europe and Asia, where I met with large multi-national TPLs, retailers and distributors to lay the foundation for what is now MakerBot Europe and MakerBot APJ.
