Client satisfaction has been my passion for over 15 years. I'm pretty awesome with the nuances of devices, supplies, and describing how they can work to better businesses in an easy-to-understand fashion. You could call me a project magician too - considering the direct and indirect project management experience I've had for more than 10 years. Anyone who's had to juggle multiple client needs, competitive timelines, budget restraints, and staff scheduling can relate to the magic that goes into making it all work together seamlessly. I’ve always had a natural ability to relate to people and build strong relationships. In fact, my personability has led me to the management position I'm currently in. By far, my favorite part of all of my positions has been the direct interactions with clients - both in-person and remotely. I love hearing about their needs, their challenges, and uncovering ways I can help them. With that, my goal is to move into a Sales Position allowing me to further develop my talents and interests.
