I was hired to be the user experience engineer and design architect. The position requires design, interface and web 2.0 skills. The application utilizes the latest in .NET 2.0 and AJAX for a truly desktop feel web application. After only 4 months I was promoted to Product Development Manager. This includes preparing business rules, use case scenarios, timelines and deliverables, and scoping for the entire product.
