- Managed on-site FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) office installation projects for shared workplace (co-working) provider and client, Industrious. Remotely managing other project scopes simultaneously. Projects of varying scope, complexity, priority, and budget. - Utilizing My.LogisticsPlus.com as a SaaS managed end-to-end supply chain solutions including procurement, purchase order creation, transportation, SKU’ing, warehousing, inventorying, and project costing. Allowing client designers to request catalogued products while we coordinated the supply chain from conception to final white-glove placement within owned/leased co-worker office spaces. - Led project team meetings to review progress, set goals and actions, address setbacks, and motivate stakeholders to success- Sourced 3rd party installation providers through RFQ process, creating a bid synopsis document for each managed project- Sourced 3rd party truckload and LTL carriers on behalf of the client for projects and hub warehouse replenishment- Managed project level cost and sell accruals, project level budgeting, and all related internal and client reporting- Managed warehouse inventory cycle counting, warehouse stock movements, vendor A/P, client A/R, and various metric reporting- Managed facilities service request (FSR) tickets for all site locations, including reverse logistics and sourced 3rd party on-site services - Sourced, kitted, and shipped WFH kits and PPE to the clients tenants during the Covid-19 pandemic
