Maximizing EBITDA through revenue-driving initiatives and a disciplined approach to expense optimization.• Lead a team over 400 front line employees and several key executive leaders to demonstrate EVT’s values, guiding principles and Operational Excellence. Orchestrate recruitment, training, performance management and dispute resolution processes.• Identify and mentor future talent – I have directly contributed to the development to several managers in QLD.• Supporting and seconding to State roles and National duties, developing and modelling tools and opportunities for business growth and cost saving measures, specialising in Payroll forecasting and managementProject and Analytical Scope:• Australian Cinema Circuit business review, prepare, analyse monthly report for CEO and Executive Committee• Multiple operation business review reports Senior Executive Level, to Location Manager Level, supporting overarching key bigger picture goals for the Entertainment Division• Highly involved in larger scale business data analytical duties for the wider Cinema Group, providing insights for locations to manage costs, expenses and net profitability Projects Overseeing include;• Major Payroll Forecast and Analytic transformation tool used to manage Australian cinemas• Insight reporting and daily recommendation tools to provide Managers and Executives with support to ensure key KPI’s are met, including budget, NPS, share and more.• Operational Process review and development• Automation Ticketing and Product Manager Australian Cinemas – Overseeing the national ticketing administration for all cinemas.

Pacific Fair

Oversee operational management of one of Event Hospitality & Entertainment (EVT) owned flagship Queensland cinemas.To open this highly anticipated location, with the recruitment of 100+ staff, implement operational process and deliver on company expectation of results. Successfully completed through motivated leadership driven from the front. A strong aptitude for operations along with building solid relationships across the Gold Coast with the external stakeholders.Key Accountabilities General Manager:• Oversee day to day operations.• Local Area Marketing – focusing on both Gold Coast Tourism and local markets.• Strategic planning to maximize results - both attendance and merchandising spend per person (strike rate & yield)• Guest focus.• Financial control both revenue and expenditure – ensure we build on yield to maximise EBITDA year on year.• Strong leadership focus, with developing key staff to progress within the wider group.• Seconding to Area Roles to support the wider area and state groupsEvent Cinemas Pacific Fair consists of 11 screens.3 Gold Class cinemas with the biggest capacity in QLD all equipped with new Dolby Atmos1 Vmax cinema equipped with Dolby Atmos7 Traditional cinemas The latest state of the art food and beverage outlets, including commercial kitchens and bars.It currently has 75 staff (off peak) with 100+ (on peak)Annual budget of 650,000+ admissions with budget of over $13m

Oversee operational management of AHL owned flagship Queensland business.To manage within the guidelines of AHL company policies and procedures; provide exceptional leadership to all staff to provide an entertaining experience to all guests to maximise profitability and retention, as well as develop and push the business to grow and achieve greater results.Key Accountabilities General Manager:• Manage day to day Operations• Local Area Marketing and community focus• Strategic planning to maximize results • Guest Focus• Financial Control both revenue and expenditure• High Human Resource FocusEvent Cinemas Robina consists of 11 screens (3 Gold Class, 1 Vmax and 7 General Cinemas) with 80 staff. It also has a Set Cafe and Bar and multiple licensed areas. Currently The Gold Coast’s number 1 performing cinema, budgeting annual turnover of $15.2m

Garden City Megaplex

Oversee Management of joint venture owned cinema within the guidelines of AHL company policies and procedures; provide exceptional leadership to all staff to provide an entertaining experience to all guests to maximise profitability and retention, as well as develop and push the business to grow and achieve greater results.Key Accountabilities General Manager:• Manage day to day Operations• Local Area Marketing and community focus• Strategic planning to maximise results • Guest Focus• Financial Control both revenue and expenditure• High Human Resource FocusGarden City Megaplex consists of 16 screens (3 Gold Class, 2 Vmax, & 11 Traditional Stadium) with 75 staff.
