  Key Responsibilities:• Manage successful project implementations of ICT systems, infrastructures and applications for the Ministry of Defence Singapore (MINDEF) within budget, scope and time frame• Lead collaborative sessions with clients to understand and document business requirements and technical specifications• Prepare weekly status reports for customer and management• Evaluate and procure products of IT systems, infrastructures and applications through ITQ, RFQ and tender contracts. • Write and clear approval papers for new project solutions to enhance ICT capabilities of the Ministry • Provides daily network management and system administration support to ensure high availability of secured infrastructure services for the Ministry Achievements:• Replaced multiple ITSM systems with one consolidated ITIL-compliant ITSM enterprise platform, using multi-tenancy concept with HPSM software, to significantly reduce computing resources and administration overheads. • Managed the launch and migration of 10 major classified IT systems which were completed on time and on budget, with zero downtime and zero data loss• Designed and implemented secured wired and wireless network infrastructures using a range of products such as Cisco Nexus switches, ACS, Juniper Firewall, Alcatel-Lucent WLAN Controllers, to facilitate classified data communication, remote access for working from home initiatives and BYOD programs• Led cyber incident response, digital forensics and security audits using tools such as EnCase, Volatility, Wireshark, Burp Suite and Nmap to enhance cybersecurity capabilities for the Ministry• Developed secured video streaming capability using a propriety software that supports encrypted traffic for better engagement of policies and work plans, while streamlining the dissemination of secured information within the Ministry
