Job Responsibilities:-Maintain and update testing processes, ensure optimum workflows, and enforce and uphold all of the above.-Take charge of the QA of a project and all its components (platforms, ports, and companion titles) and iterations.-Work closely with the production team, the development team, and work alongside the QA Manager as part of the product group to provide operational support and guidance based on the needs of the product, customer, or department.-Assist in developing, maintaining and monitoring all planning, scheduling and tracking needs for products, as well as performing regular product risk assessments.-Act as an operational liaison and a proactive problem solver between QA, Production, and Development to ensure customer needs and concerns are fully addressed and that QA is maximizing efforts by implementation of best practices and methodologies.-Responsible for mentoring, stewarding, and supervising the leads, and through the leads the team members assigned to the franchise needs.
