Project included an 8” building chilled water upgrade, 4” heating water system, upgraded steam station, 15 hard wall office build out and all associated HVAC, new elevator, new electrical main panel for the building as well as relocation of numerous electrical panels and feeders. o Applied Materials – Santa Clara, CA. Declassification of Lab Space to an Open Bay Concept. Project budget of $5 Million. Project included an interior demolition of class 100 cleanroom space in 3 buildings simultaneously totaling 100,000 square foot as well as decommissioning and removal of numerous toxic gas systems.o Lockheed Martin – Sunnyvale, CA. Tenant Improvement. Project budget of $4 Million. Project included an upgrade of an existing 77,000 square foot building to Lockheed Martin security standards. The upgrade consisted of new sound rated conference rooms, audio and visual equipment, carpet & tile, sound rated doors, security system, fire alarm system to Lockheed Martin specifications.o DayStar Technologies – Newark, CA. Manufacturing Build Out. Project Budget of $6.5 Million. Project included a build out of 350,000 square foot manufacturing line. The upgrade consisted of 12” cooling

Senior Project Manager (Onsite at Applied Materials)• Coordination of tool and major facility installations/removals across multiple contractor disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Gas/Fire Life Safety, Rigging, etc.)• Use industry experience to ensure design and construction contractors comply with safety, electrical, mechanical, environmental, fire, building, and other applicable codes.• Lead Applied Materials safety, environmental, and all permit related (Fire Department, City) walkthroughs.• Mentor junior level project managers.
