Field Contract Manager as a contractor for TC Energy managing a target price cost reimbursable contract. Deployed to Cranbrook BC for daily interaction with prime contractor. Project from June 2022 to Feb 2023 - 17km of 48 inch pipeline through steep slopes and very rocky terrain. Field Contract Manager as a contractor representing TC Energy managing a lump sum contract for a 56km, 48 inch pipeline near Grande Prairie, AB in the Karr region. Was onsite in camp for 10 months during ramp up, peak and demob. Managing the clean up and contract close out from Cranbrook, BC while on current project. To start a small 1 km project with multiple crossings and 2 compressor station tie ins in Nov 2022 though to Mar 2023. Will manage this project remotely while on current Cranbrook project. Managing time and material contracts with auxiliary contractors - clearing, survey, NDE, geotechnical, environmental services, fabricators. Management of change for all contracts - ensuring entitlement for changes, verifying scope and costs with internal SMEs, inspectors, CM, PM and writing up dispositions for change documents - accepting, rejecting, or negotiating modifications. Assessing timesheets supporting LEMs and LEMs that support invoicing. Working with project controls to ensure accurate cost tracking and earned value management.
