I'm truly grateful I've been entrusted with a broad range of leadership opportunities throughout my career. I've been a nonprofit organization executive for most of the last 25 years, earning extensive experience in public speaking and program delivery, as well as strategic political and civic communication and organizing. I also have a strong track record in charitable fundraising, overseeing development efforts that collectively produced more than $8 million in donations and counting. I have a long track record of providing diversity, equity and inclusion education and advocacy that has given me a unique perspective on how so many of us are approaching the challenge of building a fairer society. I enjoy working on projects with people who share the same passions or are interested in making a difference through community participation and leadership. I'm a lifelong advocate of team effort, and have implemented shared-leadership management models for organizations I've led. My greatest career and personal satisfaction has come from helping people of good will and good hearts put their gifts to work in ways that enrich the world around them. I'm always looking for new ways to do so.
