My primary responsibility as Moxa’s Global Marketing Automation Manager was to ensure the successful global implementation of a comprehensive Marketing Automation Program within the company. This included designing, building, and executing all Marketing Automation system operations and business processes as well as providing consultation around how to successfully incorporate Marketing Automation into both global and regional marketing strategies.

My role as a Project Manager for the B2B Marketing group involved being the marketing lead for cross-functional digital projects that were specifically targeted to our business customers. This role required extensive knowledge of our internal data systems, a deep understanding of our customer base, and experience in digital product management.

As the Senior Analyst for the Engagement Marketing group, I acted as the marketing lead for our Small and Medium Business customers. My role involved providing marketing support for our account managers, gathering insights around our SMB customer base, and evolving our communications approach to help better engage our customers.

Worked closely with management to help design the overall strategy for our educational outreach program as well as the measurement criteria needed to ensure our goals and milestones are properly met. In addition to this, my strengths in communication and design allowed me to aid the company in creating a new, modern image within the community.

During my internship, I created an intricate event database which allows the department to easily manage events, company assets, and reports targeted for management. The tool is still in use today and is now used company-wide.

I entered the company as an Account Executive with the responsibility of managing current and acquiring new small to medium business accounts. Due to my strengths in design and communications, I later transitioned into the marketing department to help build brand and product awareness. My job responsibilities involved designing and managing the overall appearance of our brand image in both the digital and retail space.

My primary responsibility involved managing the technical needs of our local small to medium business accounts. Working within the Business Sales Division required having a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure as well as the interpersonal communication skills needed to maintain positive relationships and communicate solutions.
