Instructional designer transforming the off-line trainings content on MISP, GBVIMS Basic Tools, GBV Case Management, SRH in Emergency Settings into E-learning courses aligned to the overall goal of the learning objectives and training architecture of the UNFPA face-to-face trainings (GBV - Gender Based Violence, MISP - Minimum Initial Service Package,SRH - Sexual Reproductive Health), Infectious Diseases and Humanitarian Supplies. Additional duties include, maintaining the digital archives of content in a central repository, building websites for the UNFPA intranet, video editing as required and provide training to the team on how to update the e-learning modules.

Propose methodologies, practices, workflows and standards for sustainable and secure digital archiving, ensuring the quality of the digital asset management (DAM) solution for both born digital objects and objects that become digital over time (images, videos, and other media).Prepare the technical metadata (checksum, creation, modification and last access dates,file formats, file sizes, etc.) of files in the institutional repository for transfer topreservation repository; Migrate, tag, name, and add metadata for digital assets, organizing the digital assets in a central location, ensure version control, access rights, and retrieval procedures;Draft a digital archiving strategy /asset ingestion protocol to be implemented once approved guiding the use of the Canto Digital Asset Management system for the correct archiving, lifetime management and restore of the digital objects. Administer the current DAM platform, providing access and training for staff as needed.In coordination with IT and Human Resources, provide digital preservation awareness and hands on training to relevant staff.

This role started with a digital asset management internship within the communications department. My main duty was to catalogue the organizations films and documentaries. This role grew to include addition duties as camera operator, video editor, podcast editor and Youtube and Soundcloud assistant channel manager.
