Reporting to the CFO, I served as Finance Lead for an organization with 12K employees and 15 internal sites, including seven internal factories and an extensive global network of external suppliers and partners. I managed a 150-person global cross-functional team executing accounting, finance, procurement, and real estate functions for North America, Asia, and Europe operations. I also drove alignment between strategic priorities and financial performance, which included supply chain predictability and differentiating technology and employee development.• Served as co-lead for the semiconductor industry's first green bond offering, investing $400M in proceeds to transformational, energy-efficient technologies and green buildings. • Spearheaded initiatives to overhaul procurement by reorganizing the global team, implementing system enhancements, and strengthening supplier relationships. • Scoped, planned, and developed manufacturing strategy, including factory expansions, closures, and complex product transfers, which expanded gross margins and strengthened the supply network.• Led strategic efforts to improve long-term and short-term supply resiliency to maintain financial performance during the global pandemic. • Served as the point of contact for investors and provided updates on supply chain, operational resiliency, inventory, cost management, margin optimization, and strategic direction.

I managed and influenced multiple sites and functions in North America, Europe, and Asia, including regional headquarters and design centers. I led a team of four Controllers and their staffs, spanning five business units with worldwide operations. I also managed finance and operations for global industrial and healthcare and consumer (IHC) market segments.• Created monthly and quarterly business summaries to synthesize market dynamics and the competitive landscape for the senior executive team in public disclosures and analyst calls.• Aligned strategies with financial and operational metrics to drive sales growth, gross margin expansion, and operating profitability.• Provided financial leadership to both “scale” and “tuck-in” M&A pipelines with 17 opportunities, closed four deals, and led strategic planning, valuation, due diligence, and post-close integration execution. • Led various functional and cross-functional integration teams on all scale acquisition pipeline activity.

I served as Finance Lead for the Linear and Radio Frequency business unit.
