Leading a major business transformation project to modernize and simplify the Investment Accounting function at Gluskin Sheff + Associates, in order to more effectively support our external and internal clients. The mandate is a major overhaul of all of the processes, systems, roles & responsibilities, and outsourcing relationships for this area of the business.
