In my current role, I spearhead marketing strategies and programs for a regional printing company with $100MM in annual sales. I guide all aspects of marketing to achieve sustainable year-over-year growth, including development of KPIs and performance metrics, team leadership and performance management, and marketing project management. During my tenure so far, I have comprehensively overhauled and revamped our marketing team, including recruiting, training, and mentorship of staff. I have conceptualized, developed, and delivered A/B testing of price points and terms to optimize revenue and conversions, leading to over 100% subscription growth. I have also captured over 300% digital subscriber growth YoY. Additionally, I spearheaded Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation of key campaigns while effectuating 50% reduction in time to market for new campaigns. I also led a 200% increase in digital retention as a result of targeted marketing campaigns while reducing vendor expenses by over $75k. I grew leads by over 500% through successful digital marketing strategies and tripled conversion rates.

Here, I fostered collaborative inter-departmental relationships as a key leader of Information Technology strategies, operations, and team members. I coordinated with executive leadership to formulate winning enterprise technology strategies, deliver projects, and execute digital marketing strategies. I led teams in data and business intelligence, including implementation of CLV, Churn, and Pricing models. I also successfully implemented Entity Resolution server via SQL Server/SSIS to merge customers across platforms and streamline workflows. In addition, I managed critical projects, including dashboard implementations to report KPI progress and performance metrics for advertising, finance, and circulation teams.

For Cardinal Health, I was specially recruited as a consultant to oversee systematic document and process improvements for a clinic in Houston, Texas. I reviewed operations to identify and leverage process improvements for a group of clinicians in collaboration with project management and a $5M budget, including scope development, project scheduling, and established key performance and milestone metrics. I effectively developed complex tools to convert shipping customers and migrate customers to an online billing system, resulting in 40% reduction in manpower.

Here, I oversaw all aspects of database administration, systems analysis, and software engineering as a go-to IT leader for over 12 years prior to multiple promotions. I managed multiple projects and cross-functional team members in addition to performing data analysis and validation for finance and business systems. I exceled as third tier support for business and finance systems and Business Lead on large and major projects. I created flagship dashboards and reports to measure performance, developed data conversion routines using Perl/Python/Ruby, and converted financial data for over 50k customers.
