In 2000 I was employed by EDS to work on one of their biggest contracts(BP). My main responsibility was IT troubleshooting and logging user’scases. This covered most Office packages, predominantly Outlook andExchange. BP has approximately 4000 applications which are supportedby our helpdesk along with other third party companies such as IBM.Whilst within this role we supported and assisted the Introduction ofWindows 2000.Promoted to senior agent, which involved many responsibilities such ashelping to train new staff. In 2001 I was one of five people selected tointroduce second level work into the RMC, this involved NT/Mail accountcreation, share access and account administration. Following this I helpedtrain the rest of the team.
