Main Duties:- To manage the relationship with The Colt Car Company suppliers- To reduce the cost of parts and maximising profit opportunity while maintaining a high level ofservice from each supplier- To develop accessory/personalisation programme for each Mitsubishi model- To develop standard fitment parts for port of entry, allowing Colt Car Company to produce localmodels- Making sure that other areas of our business like Warranty and Technical are maintained with oursuppliers- Manage stock control for the total after sales Mitsubishi Parts business sold through the Mitsubishi network- Order and supply of standard fitment parts to the Port of entry- Order and supply of parts required for Colt Car Company’s Fleet department

Main Duties• To manage the relationship between Mitsubishi Dealerships and The Colt Car Company Ltd• Developing the profitability of each Dealership ensuring that my dealers achieve targets for parts, accessory and labour sales • Implement and continue to run After Sales Programmes ensuring Dealers are aware of each programme’s benefitsMajor Achievements• Increased parts sales by 15% ensuring more Dealers hit their targets• Improved relationships between The Colt Car Company Ltd and Dealers• Successfully helped launch a new Dealers to the Mitsubishi franchise with After Sales programmes and training of various systems.

Main Duties:Insurance Group Rating /Security:- To manage all aspects of Insurance Group rating procedure- To improve vehicle security by liaising with Mitsubishi Motor Corporation and ThatchamHomologation:- Manage vehicle legislation for Mitsubishi cars/commercials and products marketed by the Colt CarCompany Ltd- DerogationsEngineering:- Manage the development of accessories and vehicle conversions- Arrange and manage vehicle and/or component testing as required
