I served as the lead assurance senior manager for a Fortune 500 utility company and a large private retail company.I also held a leadership role on a non-audit accounting advisory engagement for a major automobile manufacturer in Detroit, Michigan. I advised on numerous technical accounting matters, including acquisition accounting, fair value measurements, restructuring activities, revenue recognition and lease accounting. I played a key advisory role on bankruptcy reorganization, including the application of fresh start accounting upon emergence. I also coordinated with PwC teams in Asia, South America and Europe to ensure consistency and quality of PwC service delivery.
