Prior to joining Mutual of America, Mr. D’Angelo was a partner at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and counsel at Clifford Chance US LLP. In those roles, he advised and represented financial institutions, publicly traded companies, asset managers, broker-dealers, and numerous other domestic and international entities in a broad array of industries. His experience spans a wide range of matters before state and federal courts, and governmental and regulatory bodies. Before commencing his career in private practice, Mr. D’Angelo served as the senior law clerk to the Honorable David N. Edelstein, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and of Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
