Lead AMC's M&A activity including strategy, target identification, due diligence, valuation & modeling corporate approval, negotiation and integration. Work with AMC's parent company, the Wanda Group, on joint procurement initiatives to realize synergies across multiple Wanda business lines.

Lead a major profit center for AMC with $200M+ in OCF on $650M in revenue (25% of company's total revenue) along with $125M in procurement. Developed long-term menu strategy with core menu extensions and prototypes of next-gen concession stand design. Represented F&B for cross-functional team developing dine-in theatre strategic initiative.

Oversee department's two primary missions of 1) manage and analyze solicited and unsolicited guest feedback to make recommendations on operational/process improvements for positive impact to guest experience and bottom line and 2) partner with functional departments on initiatives to ensure operational/guest impact is taken into consideration including direct oversight of field communication.

Supervise theatres with $100M in revenue and over 1,000 associates in 7 countries, start-up of operations in the UK, corporate culture alignment and operational best practices.

After corporate restructuring (elimination of regional geographic regions with centralization of all operations), standardized operating procedures and training practices.
