We are a non-contingency model with no commissioned recruiters.● Acted as the go-to technical recruiter for the company and would lead efforts on recruitment for IT positions● Positions included but were not limited to Software Engineers, Cybersecurity, Project Managers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Networking, Technical Support, etc.● Participate in intake calls with new clients and hiring managers to determine their hiring needs● Act as a trusted consultant to clients on weekly check-in calls, providing market feedback and data● Develop company pitches as well as thoughtful and targeted messaging to GTM and attract passive candidates● Create phone screen/interview guides to ensure continuity throughout the interview process● Source, phone screen, and qualify candidates to be presented to hiring managers● Build relationships with candidates that leaves a positive impression of both Talent Retriever and the end-client● Serve as a mentor to interns and more junior team members to get them up to speed on recruiting activities and company processes● Ensure all data and correspondence is documented in the appropriate places (internal & external applicant tracking systems, project-specific spreadsheets, etc.)

• Perform end-to-end recruiting process including candidate identification, qualification, interview, salary negotiation, hiring and onboarding• Partner with hiring managers and account executives regarding job descriptions, sourcing strategies and compensation recommendations• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: cold calling, referral recruiting, attending local networking events, utilize online social networking and applicant tracking tools such as LinkedIn, Bullhorn CRM, Dice, Monster and Career Builder• Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates to ensure authenticity of stated skills, experience, education and certifications. Coordinate applicable background investigations with administrative staff• Prepare candidates for hiring process through mock interviews, reviewing client expectations and briefing them on client background and culture• Communicate regularly with existing consultants regarding job satisfaction, requisition status changes and new opportunities. Provide performance feedback, addressing client concerns and disciplinary matters as necessary.• Network and maintain relationships with contacts and candidates to grow industry knowledge, and obtain referrals and sales leads. Continuously work to improve knowledge of new technologies, recruiting tactics and negotiating strategies for pay rates and contract agreements
