Spearheaded the recruitment and mentoring of new Platform Engineering and IT teams which enabled the organization to exceed its growth goals for 8 consecutive quarters. Developed transformative technology processes which allowed the business to successfully onboard over 400 new employees in 30 months while reducing application access times from days to minutes. Directed a significant effort to modernize the configuration and delivery of all AWS cloud infrastructure leading to the development of over 100 infrastructure delivery pipelines.
