Current• Chief of staff, leading all ministry and operational functions including human resources, finance, facilities, communications, technology, cand four childcare operations (Full-time care, PreSchool, Pre-Kindergarten and Hourly programs).• Collaborate with Lead Pastor to define organization structure that best supports the mission and organizational goals.• Supervise and manage human resource strategy, execution and processes from organizational design, position visioning, KSAO definition, candidate recruitment, selection, on-boarding, employee performance evaluation, and termination.• Serve as coach, mentor, leader, mediator, and encourager with the objective of maximizing personal strengths to reach organization goals/potential.• Led staff team health from one of the lowest results to one of the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) seen by our consulting group in the Church market segment.• Identify, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including financials, staff and volunteer participant to leader ratios, giving and attendance trends, and other significant milestones.• Successfully implemented LEADR 1:1 Supervisor Structure and Performance Management, EASE HR & Benefits Management, Elexio Church Management, Giving, App and Website Management tools.• Led the strategic initiative to open Calvary's first remote campus; oversee campus leadership in implementation of ministry and day to day operation.
