Developing a greenfield test automation strategy for UI and API services using Cypress (UI) and Goalng/Ginkgo (API) test frameworks backed by TestKube (a test execution platform for Kubernetes) for running the tests, integrated into the Continuous Delivery pipeline so that developers can ship quality code at scale and speed.

Title change from Principal Test Automation Engineer to Lead Engineer reflects reorganization at Salesforce. Continue to support our BDD/Agile test automation framework while converting it to run on AWS rather than first party data center. Took over ownership of an alternate C# backed test automation framework as well. Also serving as Product Owner for Test Automation at the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping to define requirements and priorities for work on our team.

Support the legacy custom C# automation solution using Selenium/WebDriver with a C# framework, web frontend (ASP.NET), DB backend (MSSQL), and more as described below under previous title. Also working with a team of QA minded developers to create the next generation of automated testing framework within the company using Cucumber (Ruby) with a goal towards supporting agile automated testing goals across the Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud. Provided an agile framework for other teams to implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) focused automated tests in the Gherkin language, as well as execution platforms for automated Continuous Integration(CI) testing, build triggered testing, targeted change testing, and local on demand automated testing. Technology stack included Ruby On Rails, PostgreSQL database, vanilla Ruby, TeamCity, Git.

Started as ExactTarget before acquisition by Salesforce. Using Selenium and WebDriver automation with a C# framework that includes logging (plaintext and email), API calls and a re-useable object oriented framework. Automated tests that focus both on basic build acceptance as well as feature scenario tests. Recent work has included designing an in-house distributed test system for execution, control and reporting of both UI Automated Tests (using WebDriver) and API tests (using our own framework) with a MSSQL backend for data and test control.

Joined AngelLearning in October 2008. AngelLearning then acquired by BlackBoard in 2009.Utilized Microsoft VSTS, VBScript, C#, SQL, IIS and web n-tier architecture to deliver user-focused performance metrics on a web based application.A data driven role with data analysis, performance test planning and design responsibilities. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of an outsourced team in India and SQL programming to assist in performance volumetric data analysis.
