Aplng Upstream Orana And Eurombah Creek, Gas Processing Facility

Responsible for overseeing the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of the Origin Energy Upstream Gas Processing Facility at Eurombah Creek, as part of the $25 Billion APLNG Project.The Eurombah Creek GPF is comprised of two gas processing trains with a combined output of 200 TJ/day with a discharge pressure of 135 Bar. Each train includes two Siemens variable speed 21 MW, 4 multi-stage centrifugal compressors and all associated systems/utilities, as well as a Tri-Ethylene-Glycol dryer.The multi-disciplined commissioning team was comprised of Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, Completions Team, HSE, and vendors. Responsible for checking and signing off of the Completions Assurance Certificates from Mechanical completion through to final System Handover to Origin Operations.

Seconded to Monadelphous, for Commissioning of the Wheatstone construction Camp Powerstation, Desalination plant and water treatment facilities.Support the Commissioning Manager in daily duties as well as strategic planning of Commissioning activities.Develop Commissioning plans and Procedures, to complement the client procedures.Manage the multi-disciplined Commissioning team to achieve project milestones.Coordinate and schedule equipment vendors to ensure project and commissioning schedules Audit Commissioning documentation to ensure compliance to project procedures and standards.Work with the client Commissioning team, to coordinate construction walk-downs, punch listing generation and completion.Ensure site and company HSE policies and procedures are followed

Citic Pacific Mining, Sino Iron Project

Support Commissioning Manager during Commissioning activities at the Sino Iron Powerstation.The powerstation consists of 7 Gas turbine Generators, and 6 Heat recovery steam Generators, to provide steam to 3 Steam turbine Generators. total capacity of 480MW. The electrical distribution networks consist of 220kV, 33kV and 6.6kV distribution systems.Coordinate the Client and Contractor meetings to achieve project targets as well as strategic planning of Commissioning activities.Co-ordinate the multi-disciplined Commissioning team to achieve project milestones.Manage multiple contractors to ensure a smooth interface between different work fronts.Communicate progress issues to the client and manage commissioning works to successful completion.Oversee the project documentation and hand over to client, and ensure compliance to project policies and procedures.Ensure site and company HSE policies and procedures.

Devil Creek Development Porject

Initially employed as the Site representative for Apache Energy, I was responsible for Client acceptance of Construction QA/QC and handover of the Devil Creek Gas plant. I was directly involved in the construction verification and Electrical / Instrumentation QA/QC, Contract management through Quantity surveying and general Company / Constructor interface.Following Construction completion, I moved into a Pre-commissioning and Commissioning role, leading the multi disciplined team to successfully test, commission and start up of the facility.
