-Manage guest ground operations for cruise lines. Includes training, pier check-in and disembarkation, guest transportation, hotel, and airport meet/greet operations. Emphasis on high standards of guest service, operational efficiency, revenue/budget management, cruise line/Intercruises brand standards and team building. -Oversaw all Seattle guest operations, including 14 seasonal Managers/Assistant Managers/Supervisors, and 225 seasonal pier, hotel and airport staff. -Developing, implementing, and maintaining financial reporting, analysis, staff training, and quality service assurance programs with significant experience creating budget self-analysis, daily operation reporting, and communication tools between local and corporate management. -Developing and maintaining large scale motor coach and private transfer operations, with an emphasis on efficiency and high service standards.-RFP process, contracting, and renegotiations.-Development, coordination, and implementation of pre/post cruise hotel and tour packages. -Significant operational experience with the ports of Seattle, Alaska ports, Los Angeles, San Diego, Galveston, and Port Canaveral. Additional experience in most other North American cruise ports, including Vancouver, Miami, Port Everglades, Tampa, New York, and Boston.
