My responsibilities included making sure all customers have a top level experience from the Best Buy online and app experience from the comfort of their own home, while also meeting and exceeding quotas and expectations. Prior to Best Buy I was operating and producing videos for my company DreamCross Productions, creating videos in all areas for any company.I was also formerly a successful sales, marketing, and account executive/manager at MOTG - A Xerox company. I had been at MOTG for over 1 year and made my mark by meeting or exceeding my quota in appointments, calls, and sales. Doing all of this while keeping current customers happy and satisfied.I was previously at Kia where I achieved top in sales and top in customer service ratings multiple months. I had the same success prior at A Wireless (Verizon) where I achieved top sales representative and quickly took over management duties as well.Before Sales, I was in marketing and film as a producer, editor, and writer for EverFire Group, a former film and commercial company in the Twin Cities. My job required a lot of creativity, on the spot thinking, problem solving, and discipline. I was in control of many projects for big and small clients, Zippo and Destination America being the most noticable.I have learned and deployed excellent creativity, strategies and concepts to overcome objections.
