Additionally, my responsibilities focus on budget prioritization and risk assessments, including financial and economic analysis, for key clients.With my background in project management and business consulting, I’m well-versed in performing risk and economic analysis engagements for several multi-billion dollar capital projects and large utility systems. My industry experience allows clients to easy justify every dollar of an investment and helps them with difficult financial decisions, like which investments to delay or cut to build a robust investment plan business case.Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience with modeling risks for utility industry clients, including developing complex and innovative risk analysis models using industry-leading risk analysis software tools like employing Monte Carlo simulation, decision trees and Genetic algorithms.We understand that robust solutions need to work in the real world, not just exist on the drawing board. 1898 & Co. is a business, technology and security solutions consultancy where experience and foresight come together to unlock lasting advancements.
