• Worked as an integral part of the rewrite for a 29 week advanced avionics course. During this assignment, reviewed instructor material, taught the pilot course material, evaluated instructor performance, and created.
• As the lead instructor, managed the teaching schedule for five Marines, Sailors, and civilian instructors.
• Developed staff members as instructors and leaders, and improved the quality of their instruction.
• Conducted summative and formative assessments of 18 classes for a total of 250 students.
