I performed functional analysis on all types of internal IT projects including customer service, operations, sales, and accounting. My major accomplishments in this position were:Leading a team of business analyst and interns on functional design, user interface, and developing business processes for a CRM deployment.Responsible to all major stakeholders for successful integration of all departments into a single CRM software package. Support an ever changing business environment. The resulting software implementation was a major success and resulted in several industry awards including the Stevie Award “IT Department of the Year”.

I developed training modules for internal departments at Credit Solutions using the Lectora and Course Mill software packages. I also was responsible for generating training documentation for departments.

I was assigned as a patrol officer in south-east Denver. I was primarily a day shift officer which gave me experience in investigating:Crimes against persons: robbery, home invasion, domestic violence, child abuse, suspicious and apparent natural deaths, and terrorism. Crimes against property: fraud, burglary, theft, shoplifting, and criminal mischief.I was also responsible for accident investigation, radar enforcement, and general traffic enforcement.In support of those duties I had to identify and collect evidence, conduct interviews and interrogations, take witness statements, write clear and effective statements and reports for different audiences.

Trained and supervised new deputies in the county jail.

I supported an environment of over 100 Microsoft Windows servers. My primary specialization was implementing remote automated software deployments and remote server backups.

I participated as a consultant for a national server deployment at Time Warner Telecom

I support customers on a contract for Microsoft Support Services. My responsibilities included troubleshooting server s with problems related to TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, domain relationships, and terminal services. I consistently maintained a “Very Satisfied” rating from customer surveys.
