As an Assessment Coordinator at Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), I oversee the administration and analysis of various student assessments, such as state tests, standardized exams, and diagnostic tools. I have been in this role for six months, and I bring over eight years of experience as a Testing Coordinator and a School Administrative Manager in the primary/secondary education industry.My core competencies include data analysis, teacher mentoring, tutoring, curriculum development, and public speaking. I have earned multiple certifications in data analytics from LinkedIn and Coursera, which enable me to leverage data to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes. I also have a strong background in Biology, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in Meteorology from the Air Force.
