I am the primary technical point of contact for AWS Enterprise Support customers. I am my customer's trusted advisor, providing technical and strategic advice for decisions relating to AWS to help them achieve their goals. I assist my customers in planning, designing, debugging, and overseeing new deployments as well as streamlining ongoing operations of critical AWS applications and workloads.My responsibilities include but not limited to:- Engaging with Director and C-Level executives to understand business needs.- Assisting customers with design/architecture of AWS and hybrid cloud solutions ensuring a successful deployment.- Providing recommendations on improving existing AWS implementations for better performance and cost savings.- Ensuring customers’ applications are well designed and highly scalable to meet the every growing demands of the modern World.- Working side-by-side with customer engineering teams to develop, migrate, and debug technical issues.- Providing proof of concept examples of AWS service offerings.- Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS (be their voice).

I was responsible for providing Global platform support to internal Cloud tenants as well as providing consulting services to various Cloud projects. I reviewed Cloud project plans to ensure the proposed architecture meets the company's and industry security best practices. I also provided recommendations on Cloud Native strategies for migrating on-premise workloads to the Cloud. While I supported all use-cases, I spent almost a year focusing on Big Data Analytics including Data Lake, Cloudera/Hadoop, Redshift, and Talend implementations.

I was responsible for on-premise backup and recovery for North and South America as well as development of our internal Cloud platform. Cloud responsibilities included developing the short-term and long-term backup and recovery strategies as well as implementing the minimal viable product (MVP) of the internal cloud platform. On-Premise responsibilities included designing the backup infrastructure, implementing a complete migration from a tape to a tape-less environment, and managing the team's relationship with our outsourcing partner.

I was responsible for managing our Building Management System (BMS) as well as assisting in infrastructure projects for the Data Center. While improving the reliability of the infrastructure and monitoring system, I achieved a 94% reduction in tickets. Also, I lead a team of interns in the design and implementation of a cost-effective capacity management tool.

I was responsible for proposals valued up to 2+ million dollars. I managed the proposal process from the time a request is made to the delivery of the proposal. This also included facilitating the meetings between internal business partners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and 3rd party vendors.

I was responsible for website and application design. Responsibilities included requirement gathering, designing, and implementation. I also analyzed system performance for application upgrades.
