• Supervises Faculty, Clinical Instructors and BSN Students in the implementation of the Related Learning Experience. • Responsible for planning and monitoring all Activities of Faculty and Clinical Instructors and BSN students. • Coordinates with the Dean, and other school administrators the concerns and activities of the Department.• Strengthens Competency of Faculty and Clinical Instructors by planning and conducting activities such as in-house seminar, training-workshop and other program in enhancing their competency in teaching and supervising the students in the classroom and clinical area.• Assign lecture and clinical teaching load to faculty and clinical instructors at the beginning of every semester.• Coordinates with outside affiliating agencies for the conduction of the Related Learning Experiences of the students.

• Supervises Clinical Instructors and BSN Students in the proper implementation of the Related Learning Experience. • Responsible for planning and monitoring all Clinical Activities of Clinical Instructors and BSN students. • Coordinates with the Dean, Academic Head and other school administrators the concerns and activities of the Clinical Department.• Strengthens the Clinical Competency of Clinical Instructors by conducting and planning activities such as in-house seminar, training-workshop and other program to enhance their competency in supervising the students in the clinical area.• Assign clinical teaching load to clinical instructors at the beginning of every semester.• Coordinates with outside affiliating agencies for the conduction of the Related Learning Experiences of the students. • Facilitates payment of affiliating agencies for the clinical exposure of students.• Coordinate with the Purchasing and Supply Office the transportation service of students to and from the clinical area.

Conducts Training Programs for Nurses & other Hospital AssociatesResponsible in the Development, Design & Enhancement of relevant training programs which are beneficial to all associatesPerforms actual nursing duties & responsibilities while directly supervising Nurses on Training in different units such as ICU, Neuro, Surgical Units, Medical Surgical Units, Operating Rooms, Emergency Department, and Cardiovascular OR and Units.

Providing comprehensive and high standard nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established priorities toward preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative aspect of therapy.Assumed Total Patient Care (Bedside & Charge Nursing)Coordinates with the members of the medical team, carries out doctors orders and assists them in performing emergency measures both in life and non - life threatening situations.Assumed the supervisory and administrative responsibilities and duties of charge nurse and or/ head nurse in the absence of either or both.Assist in transporting critical/ non-critical patients at home/work/place of accident to the hospital through ambulance conduction, providing on site emergency measures needed.
