As the Chief Operating Officer at World Book, Inc., I oversee the strategic vision, direction, and execution of all aspects of the business, including technology, product, service, sales, marketing, and operations.In my previous role as the Chief Technology Officer at World Book, Inc., I transformed the technology delivery organization by establishing governance, implementing processes, and introducing best practices to ensure efficiency, reliability, security, and scalability of the products and services.
