-Currently manage 3 Sales Associates on our team both in the US and South America.-Manage my own book of business to generate new opportunities to our in person events, selling our programs to the decision makers within these organizations while maintaining my existing relationships to ensure my current clients needs are being addressed.-Meet with each one bi-weekly to go over their pipeline, sales opportunities they have with clients and strategies on new business opportunities using social media, penetrating existing accounts.-Involved with leadership on meetings, providing input on the direction our division is going, provide opportunities to leadership on our teams success, challenges, ideas and best practices.-Focus on selling our Executive Leadership Councils which are focused on year long growth for the individual and organization to help them learn and network with their peers through our in person events, bi-monthly members calls, e-broadcasts and webinars focused on critical issues as voted on by the members.

-Advised customers on their nutritional needs and workout goals-In charge of ordering the nutritional products and supplements and worked with all vendors to ensure we had the best stocked items available for our customers-Worked with our team on the website and design to ensure we had the best layout and structure of our products for our online customers
