Business Development for Actalent (formerly EASi), a market leader in providing engineering support services and technology solutions for the global market. Responsible for creating and executing on our business development strategy and leading our sales process. As a Segment Lead my responsibility is to identify market sectors in which to expand our engineering services business. Initially, my responsibilities include Sales Management, Operations Management, P&L and leadership development. I have successfully grown strategic partnerships from local to global engagement models and have activated projects in EMEA as well as APAC. These engagements required working with internal and external legal teams to negotiate MSAs with multiple OpCos in several countries, mitigating risks from local laws and currencies while maintaining the intent and effectiveness of the partnership.Beginning in 2016, I lead the development of Actalent’s Logistics and Material Handling Segment focusing on product technology, system design, start-up, commissioning, qualifying and operation for the Distribution, Fulfillment, Parcel, pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage and Automotive industries. My main focus in this role is business development and operations management.
